Okay, I 've got a shopping theme going on here this week: the Holt Renfrew Windows Displays, my Olympic Inspired Valentine gift ideas (click here for the column), the new sports shop at International Village. I've got to get this stuff out of my system so I can get back to writing about hockey!!!

If you are not aware, Olympic venues, including the Olympic Superstore at The Bay downtown only accept Visa Cards and cash. Nothing else. I did a little research on pre paid Visa gift cards, and the version available with Vancity is the best deal. The fee is only $2.00, and the card expires after one year. No monthly charge. Easy to check online balance will help you keep track of your Olympic Mad Money Spending!
